Volunteer Registration

Junior Volunteers (grades 6 – 12) will receive the Junior Volunteer Uniform Package at no charge. If you would like your Junior Volunteer to receive the round of golf (earned by serving the four (4) shift minimum), then they must purchase the Adult Volunteer package. The Junior Volunteer package includes:

• One (1) Volunteer T-Shirt
• One (1) Volunteer Ball Cap or Unisex Visor
• Meals on days of Volunteer service
• Parking on days of Volunteer service
• Volunteer Appreciation Party on Saturday, May 1, 2027 (Volunteers Only)
• Community Service Letter for hours of service. Five (5) hours are given per shift, eight (8) per day.

Junior Volunteers are asked to wear khaki shorts or slacks. Girls may also wear skorts. Lengths must be appropriate for golf.

The Volunteer Referral Program is back in 2027 for The Insperity!

For every NEW volunteer you refer to the 2027 tournament, you AND the volunteer you referred, will be entered into a drawing for an exclusive gift package. The new volunteer must record your name during their registration process.

Winner to be announced at the Volunteer Party on Saturday, May 1, 2027.

All adult Volunteers must purchase the Official Volunteer Uniform Package. Package includes:

• Two (2) Volunteer polos
• One (1) Volunteer Ball Cap or Unisex Visor*
• One (1) Folds Saturday Ball Cap 
• Meals on days of Volunteer service
• Parking on days of Volunteer service
• Two (2) Good Any Day Grounds tickets to share with friends or family
• Volunteers will receive one (1) golf voucher for one (1) round of golf at The Woodlands Country Club Tournament Course at the Volunteer Appreciation Day-of-Play (Date TBD) or one (1) round of golf at The Woodlands Country Club North or West Golf Courses (please note: you must work the minimum four (4) shift requirement to earn the round of golf. Cart Fee not included.) The voucher will be mailed post-tournament following verification of the four (4) shift minimum. Some restrictions apply; vouchers are non transferable.
• Volunteer Appreciation Party on Saturday, May 1, 2027 at the Volunteer Tent (Volunteers Only)

Dates, times, and locations for the Volunteer Uniform distribution will be shared in early April. There will be multiple dates to give volunteers options for uniform pickup.

All Volunteers (adult and junior) have the option to have your Volunteer Package shipped to you for an additional cost. Please select the shipping option during registration to utilize this service.

2027 Volunteers will receive complimentary grounds admission on days they are not working. Volunteers can show their badge at the main entrance to gain access to the tournament grounds and enjoy the tournament as a spectator. Admission via volunteer badge is for the volunteer only, guests may be admitted using your 'Good Any Day Grounds Tickets'.
