Manage tournament golf carts in Cart Corral located in the Operations compound. Duties include daily cart registration, cleaning, distribution, return processes, and upkeep of the Cart Corral. This position works outside all day and volunteers must be prepared for all weather conditions. Must be willing to arrive early in the morning and/or leave late.
Greet guests, check credentials and serve as concierge for corporate sponsors. Distribute daily pairings to corporate hospitality locations. Serve as a marshal to keep noise to a minimum during critical times of play.

The Course Evacuation Committee will be responsible for transporting players, caddies, player guests, honorary observers and select volunteer committees off the course in the event of course evacuation situation due to inclement weather or other emergency related events. When not in an evacuation situation, volunteers will be staged by the evacuation vans and work as a Hole Marshal. Please prepare to work longer hours on evacuation days. Must be comfortable driving a 12-passenger van which will be used for evacuations.
Maintain driving range, short game practice area and putting green by ensuring golf balls are available for practice. Assist with general operations including player identification signs and verifying credentials. Assist with operations of clinics on practice facilities.
Open to Insperity employees only. Greet guests, check credentials and serve as concierge for the Insperity hospitality skybox on the 18th green. Distribute daily pairings. Serve as a Marshal to keep noise to a minimum during critical times of play.

Post scores on manual leaderboards using information received via radio. Leaderboards are located on the 18th green and throughout the golf course.
There is no morning shift available on Sunday, only an afternoon shift.
Measure the professionals driving distance using Bushnell range finders and input the information into a handheld device for use of the PGA TOUR Champions. There are no half-day shifts available for this committee.
Reduce distractions to maintain pace of play. Locate and protect errant golf balls. Promote safety and enjoyment of the spectators. Starting times vary according to assigned hole.
Distribute and replenish ice, food & beverages to specified areas on course. Should be willing and able to do minor lifting. Attend course tour and set-up on Sunday, May 3.
Register PGA TOUR Champions professionals and assist with their needs and questions during tournament week. Serve as concierge for player hospitality area.
Player Marshals walk with professional groups during official count rounds. Primary duty is to help with crowd control as players move from hole to hole. Need to be attentive to the players as well. Will also assist volunteers in the group as needed. Must be able to walk 18 holes.
Must receive approval from tournament office prior to final assignment. Must be 21+ years of age and able to drive a golf cart. Shuttle PGA TOUR Champions professionals between designated greens and tees.
Provide transportation for players, their families and tournament guests before, during and after tournament week.
Assist with registration and gift distribution for amateurs playing in various Pro-Am events.
Walk inside the ropes with a group of PGA TOUR Champions professionals for 18 holes. Carry group identification sign that displays individual scores for the group. There are no half-day shifts for the Standard Bearer committee. You will be assigned to a group on a first come, first serve basis.
Assist the tournament office answering phones, greeting guests and with administrative projects. Must receive approval from the tournament office before submitting application.
Inventory, maintain and distribute volunteer uniforms on specified days. Assist with fulfillment of volunteer orders and sales during tournament week. Check in volunteers and answer questions. Supervise preparation of volunteer meal distribution during tournament week.
Shuttle Volunteers from the main entrance to the volunteer tent throughout tournament week using shuttle golf carts. Must be 21+ years of age.
Must be available to work Wednesday, April 30 and/or Thursday, May 1. Number of Pro-Am shifts worked will determine number of shifts assigned during the championship rounds, Friday – Sunday (1 Pro-Am = 1 Championship round, 2 + Pro-Am = Any/all Championship rounds). It is important for the walking scorer to understand the game of golf.
Walk with a group of PGA TOUR Champions professionals and keep their score and specific statistics. Use a handheld device to enter the scores and statistical information for each hole. Must be able to walk 18 holes in any weather conditions. Mandatory training is provided on Saturday prior to the tournament.
Volunteers needed AM and PM shifts for Pro-Am rounds on Wednesday and Thursday. Volunteers needed all day for Championship rounds Friday – Sunday. Some non–scoring positions may be assigned as needed.
