ADA Accessibility

The tournament is committed to providing an enjoyable experience for all guests. Accessible parking, shuttle transportation, and a designated viewing area are available for spectators with disabilities. Guests requiring special assistance are encouraged to contact the tournament office with any questions. Handicap Parking is located at The Woodlands Resort. A state-issued handicap placard or license plate is required.

Bag Policy

All spectators and their belongings are subject to inspection upon entry. Only small purses, diaper bags, or clear bags that meet tournament size requirements will be permitted. Backpacks, coolers, and large tote bags are not allowed. To ensure a smooth entry, please review the approved and prohibited items list before arriving.

Beverages

A variety of Pepsi products along with beer, wine, and alcohol will be available for purchase at concession stands throughout the course. Outside beverages, including coolers and refillable bottles, are not permitted.

Bleachers

Public bleacher seating is available at the driving range, and on holes 1 and 10 for spectator viewing and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

Concessions

Food and beverage concessions are located throughout the course, offering a variety of dining options. All locations operate cashless, accepting major credit and debit cards. Plan ahead and bring a card-enabled form of payment for a quick and convenient checkout.

Course Location

The Insperity Invitational presented by UnitedHealthcare is held at The Woodlands Country Club Tournament Course, located at 1730 South Millbend Drive, The Woodlands, TX 77380. Guests are encouraged to check parking and shuttle options in advance, as on-site parking is by parking credential only.

Course Map

The course map is available on the website, in the digital spectator guide tournament week, on the daily pairings, and on signage throughout the course. It highlights key spectator viewing areas, concession stands, and restrooms to help you navigate the event with ease.

Dress Code

Spectators are encouraged to dress comfortably and appropriately for outdoor weather conditions. Golf-appropriate or casual attire is recommended. Comfortable walking shoes, hats, and sunscreen are strongly suggested.

Elevators

Elevator access is available in hospitality areas for guests with proper credentials and accessibility needs.

Etiquette

Stay quiet and stand still when the players are about to hit the ball. “Hands in the air” means stop and be quiet while golfers are playing their shots. Never cross fairways, except at designated crossover areas marked by signage. Help patrons be considerate of each other and kneel or sit down whenever possible, to allow better viewing for those behind you. For your own safety, follow the directions of the tournament marshals.

First Aid

Medical personnel are on-site throughout the tournament to assist with health or safety concerns. First aid is located on the lower level of the clubhouse and can also be accessed through any staff member or volunteer if needed.

First Time Tips

If it’s your first time attending the Insperity Invitational presented by UnitedHealthcare, welcome! Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, bring sunscreen, and review the course map before heading out. Arriving early allows time to explore fan areas, find great viewing spots, and enjoy all the on-course activities throughout the day.

Folds of Honor Saturday

Join us in honoring our military heroes and their families during Folds of Honor Saturday. The day features special ceremonies, patriotic tributes, and appearances recognizing those who serve. Spectators are encouraged to wear red, white, and blue to show their support for this meaningful cause.

Gate Times

Gates open one hour prior to the first tee time unless noted and close 30 minutes after play ends. Spectators are encouraged to arrive early to allow time for parking, security screening, and shuttle transport. Daily gate times will be posted on the tournament website.

Greats of Golf

The Folds of Honor Greats of Golf exhibition is a fan-favorite tradition featuring legendary players including 17 members of the World Golf Hall of Fame. Watch some of golf’s most iconic names tee it up in a special exhibition, on Saturday of tournament week, that celebrates the sport’s history and champions. It’s a can’t-miss experience for fans of all ages.

Have a question while on-site? Our friendly volunteers and staff are happy to help! Look for volunteers in official tournament apparel throughout the course for assistance with directions, schedules, or general inquiries. Up-to-date event details, maps, and daily pairings can also be found on the official tournament website and social media channels.

Junior Volunteers

The Junior Volunteer Program gives young golf fans the opportunity to get inside the ropes and serve as a Standard Bearer on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday.

Leaderboards

Digital and manual leaderboards are located throughout the course to help spectators keep up with live scoring and player standings. You can also follow real-time updates on the tournament website or official PGA TOUR Champions app for the latest scores and highlights.

Lost & Found

If you’ve misplaced an item during the tournament, please visit the Tournament Office located behind the 10th tee or call 281-357-4653 to check for or report lost items.

Merchandise

Spectators can shop for apparel, accessories, and golf gear in the FanX merchandise tent.

Mobile Devices

Mobile devices are permitted on the course but must be kept on silent mode at all times. Please be respectful of play by refraining from phone calls and ensuring photography or video is taken only in designated areas. Check tournament signage for approved usage zones and times to avoid disrupting players.

Daily pairings and tee times will be posted online, and available at the main entrance, the practice areas, and the first and tenth tee.

Parking

Spectator parking is available at designated lots near the tournament grounds. Complimentary shuttles will run regularly between parking areas and the main entrance for your convenience. Please follow event signage and parking attendants when arriving. VIP and hospitality parking options may be available.

The trophy ceremony takes place immediately following the final round on the 18th green at approximately 5 pm. Spectators are encouraged to gather in designated areas, including Fill the Hill, to celebrate the champion and enjoy a memorable conclusion to tournament week.
